The Innovation Lab creates opportunities for leaders to become innovators by tangibly growing the urban core of Bakersfield through our annual program.
Selected participants work together in a team environment to develop an impactful installation project to making Bakersfield’s urban core a more desirable place to invest, live, work + play.
URBANIST LEAGUE
Individuals in this invite-only group share the same vision as the Hub of Bakersfield and are committed to redefining + revitalizing Bakersfield’s urban core. Each month “Urbanists” meet at a different local spot each to learn how to contribute to projects, and then help make them a reality, and actively contribute to our community!
